I am currently a senior in highschool, I’ve had a previous employment at a family owned sandwhich shop. Now I’m trying to obtain a job hopefully around computers and office equipment. I have typed up my own personal resume and I have all the current abilities and skills listed on it. If anybody has any good suggestions to how I should approach getting my application, attending my interview, and impressing my employer, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Doctors office gave my rehab eval to a competitor. What recourse do I have?

I went to a patients home and performed a rehab eval for equipment. I received a call from the doctors office requesting a copy of the medical records. They took my rehab eval and my proprietary form that I created and gave the form and order to a competitor. What recourse do I have? The form is clearly marked
as property of of our company and use is prohibited.
How can you say I have 0 loss. He took my 3 hour eval for equipment that I was going to provide and copied a proprietary eval form that I created and gave it to a competitor. My loss was the entire order and my time as well as using my form for the competitors gain???

What will I need to set up an in-office pathology laboratory for a GI Practice in the USA?

We’re just at the beginning stage of looking into a suggestion of one of our physicians to set up our own lab so that we can do our own pathology. We’re trying to determine the cost of equipment, computers, software, etc. so that we can add that to our knowlege of the cost of the staff and compare these results against known case re-imbursement amounts to create a feasibility study.

None of these have been returned.
